Rail Assembly Alignment

And Chain Or Belt Setting

Turn rail assembly upside down and place

the plastic rail alignment tool onto the

meeting point of the two rails. Tighten the

5/16” lock washer nuts on the side of the

splice bracket with the rail alignment tool in

place.

Move rail alignment tool to other side and

tighten remaining 5/16” lock washer nuts.

Repeat at other splice bracket locations. Turn

rail right side up.

Remove plastic tie from chain or belt. Ensure

the chain or belt remains on the sprocket at

the opener end.

For Chain, tighten the “U” bolt lock washer

nuts evenly against the front rail so the

underside of the chain is approximately 5/8”

above the rails.

For Belt, tighten the “U” bolt lock washer

nuts evenly, until three threads of the “U” bolt

are exposed.

Position trolley at opener end of rail

assembly.
